CELIA.
Ilene Brody of Hillsborough and Joel Brody of Simpsonville, S.C. are proud to announce the bat mitzvah of their daughter, Marianne Celia on Oct. 11, 2008 at Temple Beth El, Hillsborough.
Marianne is the sister of Adam; cousin of Meredith, Alex and Caroline Buckley of Hershey, P.A.; Magda Ostrov of Hong Kong; and Evan and Lyle Heit of Wayne. Grandparents are Bernard and Diane Ostrov of Nesconset, N.Y.
Following services a Kiddush was held in honor of Marianne. The celebration continued with a reception at Temple Beth El in Hillsborough.
Marianne is in the 8th grade at Hillsborough Middle School, Hillsborough. She plays the clarinet in the middle school band and excels in artistic endeavors. Each day she continues to accept responsibility to do mitzvot.
