Called one of the “high profile leaders of the peace movement” by the Los Angeles Times, Benjamin has distinguished herself as an eloquent and energetic figure in the progressive movement and will speak about her recent trip to the Gaza Strip and her organizing for a nonviolent march on Jan. 1 to pressure the Israeli, Egyptian, and U.S. governments to end the blockade of Gaza.
